We have catered for many weddings over the years, each one unique. We have done large marquee venues and intimate local village halls, gardens, social clubs and sports clubs, even in castle ruins deep in the Dales. Wherever your venue we can usually improvise to fit your requirements.
With your big day fast approaching we’re sure you will have lots to plan and deal with, so to put you at ease we will meet you at your venue, dicuss the layout and where we need to be before your dates so that everything runs smoothly. We can recommend florists, photographers, marquee specialists, cake peticarys and room dressers who can transform any venue into the perfect wedding setting.
We recommend a range of menus for different venues, depending on the time of year and how formal you want your meal to be. The carving buffet goes down extremely well and is a sophisticated twist on a regular buffet. This consists of joints of honey roast ham, beef and turkey handcarved by the chef infront of the guests. Quiche for vegetarians, our signature dressed salmon and homemade salmon mouse with hot new potatoes, with a buffet of cold pasta salads,coleslaw,vinigarette dishes and more served by our waitressing staff. For a summer wedding a BBQ often works well. We use top quality meats from the well known ‘Lishmans’ of Ilkley; homemade pork and apple, lamb and mint or beef burgers and thick pork sausage with our marinated mint lamb kebabs, steak, even salmon and seabass have been on the menu.
